Junior Club Night Terms and Conditions

By completing our form you agree to take part in the activities of the club. Or if completing on behalf of a child you agree to your son/daughter/child in our care taking part in the activities of the club.

You understand that you will be kept informed of these activities – for example timing and transport details.

You understand in the event of injury or illness all reasonable steps will be taken to deal with that injury/illness appropriately, and the emergency contact(s) informed.

You understand that it is you responsibility to inform the Club Secretary immediately if any of the details given change.
